The snails we offer for sale are mature populations with all the required characteristics of maturity. They are carefully collected from the farms, undergo a purging stage to eliminate food residues and moisture—forming the characteristic “white sealing”—and are then sorted using specialized equipment, where they are classified by weight.
Batches are packaged in suitable, certified materials (food-grade nets and plastic or wooden crates, depending on the mode of transport) and are checked and inspected by the competent veterinary authorities. Each shipment is accompanied by a health certificate.

Each batch undergoes specialized laboratory testing and official veterinary inspections, and only upon approval is the relevant Health Certificate issued for each shipment.
